March 2024: The bees are just waking up in the northern hemisphere, so it will be a few months before 2024 honey is ready, but most apiaries have plenty from the last season in stock

We took a hay ride to where the trees are growing, cut our tree and rode back up the hill where our tree was wrapped and ready to load. We just put the tree up and it's beautiful. The only difficult part was deciding which tree to choose."

Directions: , drive north on Argonne Road, cross the river and turn west on Maringo Drive and go down one long block. Its an older white house with a for sale honey sign in the yard. The shop is located down the driveway on the river.Our local honey is produced starting at Mead and up to Elk with several bee yards in Blanchard, ID. The nectar is gathered by the bee's from wild flowers, clovers, alfalfa, and purple vetch. Our local area produces a mild flavored honey, which is in high demand because of its smooth mild taste. And don't forget to try our comb honey. We also have some honey raised on the west side of the state, blackberry, cranberry, and fireweed...these are not available every year just depends on the bees and weather.
